Jonathan Botton
Chartered Physiotherapist & Clinical Director

Jonathan has a wealth of clinical experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and holds both a BSc in Physiotherapy and a PGDip in Manual Therapy.  
Since graduating in 2005, Jonathan has worked in the NHS and with various professional sports clubs. He currently works for both Tottenham Hotspurs FC delivering physiotherapy to elite professional athletes and the Ministry of Defence - specifically with the world renowned Parachute Regiment. 
Jonathan has an interest in lower limb injuries but a special interest in hip and groin pain and pathologies.  Jonathan always ensures he is at the forefront of rehabilitation techniques in order that his patients achieve their rehab goals following this type of injury.  

Maria Croll
Chartered Physiotherapist & Clinical Director
MSc.  BSc. MMACP. MCSP. HCPC (PH69778)

Maria graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in physiotherapy.  Since then Maria has worked in the NHS, private sector and elite sport, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction and injury.  Maria has been employed by the Ministry of Defence for ten years and she currently works as the clinical lead physiotherapist at Colchester Garrison - home to 16AA Brigade and the Parachute Regiment.  In 2014 Maria completed a Master's degree in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy to further develop her clinical skills and became a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.  Maria has vast experience treating a full range of conditions from back and neck pain to sporting injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.  Maria has a particular interest in the treatment of spinal pathologies and shoulder pain.

Mark Smith 
Podiatrist & Biomechanical Specialist
MSc. BSc. MChS. HCPC (CH15512)

Mark graduated as a Podiatrist with Honours at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 2002. After initially working as a general clinician he focused on Biomechanical and Musculoskeletal Podiatry and has worked within this speciality for the past 13 years.  Mark worked as clinical lead in the NHS for 10 years to both adult and children services. Alongside his NHS work Mark also spent 2 years as clinical lecturer at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff teaching on the undergraduate program.  Since 2013 he has been employed by the Ministry of Defence and works as the regional Podiatrist to the military in East Anglia, and the South East specialising in biomechanical assessment within specialised multidisciplinary rehabilitation units. 
In 2012 Mark completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Podiatric Biomechanics. His interest in research continues and he is currently involved in carrying out research into running re-education and developing best practice guidelines within the military.

Michael Smith 
Chartered Physiotherapist & Massage Therapist

Michael graduated from the University of Hull with an honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation.  Following this, Michael went on to complete his MSc (Pre-Registration) in Physiotherapy at The University of Essex.
Since graduating as a physiotherapist in 2011 Michael has worked for the Ministry of Defence as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor and as a Physiotherapist.  Michael has worked at various MOD locations across the UK and abroad, treating a diverse range of sports and exercise related musculoskeletal injuries.  Michael has a keen interest in sport specific rehabilitation and injury prevention.  He enjoys helping provide his clients with the best possible treatment to allow them to improve their performance.  Michael believes massage can be a powerful tool to help improve flexibility, reduce daily stresses and improve quality of life.
